I have ordered Long sleeve Formal Shirt – ACK of 4 – L . Price 1199/-. The package delivered yesterday but it came out only 2 shirts with wrong product. When I contacted the customer help line they were asking me to cancel the order and would initiate the refund process by asking the type of mobile phone i am using so that they can Gpay back the amount by charging Rs 5 as a cancellation fees. Pathetic service ever. FRAUD.
