I had ordered alphanso mangoes from swiggy instamart in Bangalore. But they turned out be of poor quality. They are not ratnagiri alphanso. They look and taste like badami mangoes of Karnataka. Alphanso are reddish orange in colour outside and green on outside. But these are yellow inside out.
I had previously ordered same. But they were of absolutely different quality taste. I had reported the issue to their customer care but they told me they would give me a replacement only and that too at the banglore address. But I would like to inform you that I don’t reside in Bangalore and was just der on a personal work. I m currently residing in bhubaneswar. Hence I told them to either issue me a refund or a replacement at my present address at bhubaneswar.
They are refusing to give me the refund
