I recently had a disappointing experience with Meesho, as they delivered the wrong product to me and failed to provide any resolution to my complaint. I had ordered a red kurta, but instead received a brown cheetah print dress that looked cheap and of poor quality. Despite contacting Meesho multiple times to report the issue, they did not take any action to rectify the situation, leaving me with the wrong product and out of pocket for the amount of 1183. I even provided video proof of the wrong product being delivered, but the delivery boy kept rejecting it without even picking it up. To make matters worse, Meesho refused to return the product or refund my money. In response, I have decided to file a complaint request to the consumer forum to seek a resolution to this issue. I hope that the consumer forum can help me get the refund I deserve and hold Meesho accountable for their poor customer service.
