I have purchased a mobile cover worth Rs. 1000 for my S22 Ultra mobile. When I got the product it was a cheap quality Apple cover. I have sent an email to the company but no response received.

i got switched off mobile and my replacement order 5 time canceled and
with out my permission. How many times i tried to talk to the senior
executive but his call did not reach.
every time they quote me 48 hours.
