Hello. I recently made a purchase from Flipkart for the Order ID:OD327291496433726100 and it was Magic masteo Stuffed Fox Animal Plush. Even though the timeline mentioned at the time of initially placing the order, which mentioned 15th of Feb, after confirming the order, it changed to 17th of Feb. That’s not even my main concern, the product was delivered on 15th of FEB but instead of that Stuffed toy, I received VITAMIN C Serum and upon raising complaints, there was no call back attempts made from the customer service. I raised a complaint and a call back was made and when I informed about my issue, the agent hang up the call saying I cant hear you. And nothing after that. I raised complaint today again, the advisor said that they cannot raise a complaint until the order has been picked up and we can ONLY RAISE complaints in cases where the order has not been picked up on the promised date. I raised the pickup for 15th, and now they are going to pick up on 23rd of FEB and nothing is happening from their end. Ultimately it’s my patience that have been put to test and there’s nothing I can do apart from waiting. Please look into this if possible and get this escalated.
