Text of Complaint by Ankur:

I ordered some grocery items from flipkart on about 1st or 2nd on oct2022. When delivery boy deliver the grocery that time i noticed that some items are wrong. I asked about this to delivery boy. He replied that i have to complaint about this to flipkart. I got 3 wrong products. When i complaint about this to flipkart, i told about replacement in flipkart, then they replied this will be not in our hand. All this will in seller hand. If seller accept the replacement only then i will provide replacement. After that seller reject the complaint of replacement. After that i do 1 more complaint about this. Seller again reject that complaint. After 9th complaint, the seller refund for only 2 products. Not for all 3 products. I complaint about this again in flipkart, then they block my account by giving reason that i do more replacement. Where as i did this 1st complaint for replacement in my history. Flipkart delivers wrong products and after that block the customers account, so that they didn’t make any complaint again. They also forfeit my balance in flipkart wallet. I suggest everyone not to purchase any item from online specially from flipkart.
