I ordered a camera Solar surveillance, night vision, ultra-clear outdoor camera without electricity and network cable 4G monitoring without plug. Price to pay 85€.
On receipt of the parcel on my doorstep, I paid 85 euros to the logistics carrier – GLS Portugal, a company based in Portugal, which told me the following: “Your order SD1693399565962 from HK SOMEWAY INTL.LOGISTICS CO.LTD with tracking number GLS 856039448, has now been delivered.
Problem: The parcel I received contains a cheap LED lighting item called “solar simulation camera small wall lamp 60w” .
In fact the delivery doesn’t contain the item I ordered, for which I paid to the logistics carrier – GLS – the sum of €85.00. I filed a complaint form on the GLS website on 14/09/2023 requesting the return of the shipment and a refund of the amount paid.
