Ordered viva 4g smartphone for 2,899 rs instead received some cards and writing display. There were no bill or reciept inside the package for contact. Only this mail id cartcare.co.in@gmail.com .When seeking about this deeply ,came to know that already two people has raised the same complaint. Do check this out.
