  • Dear Sir/Madam
    I ordered Honda City ZX Car Cover through Paytm Mall. but i got wrong Product which Smaller size car cover. i asked the replacement initially they accepted, later rejected, i escalate this matter all the levels upto nodel officer and Grievance Office nothing solve my problem, herewith i have attached the all mail correspondence for your kind review. it’s small amount but suffered lot,  they are not responsible to give the proper reply my complaint. Please file the Case against the Consumer act and educate them not to do fraudulent selling to any of the public.

    I was ordered HONDA CITY ZX Model 2007 car cover through Paytm Mall site on 21-02-2021, It was Delivered on 26-02-2021 around 9:30 pm. We tried to use on 27-02-2021 that time we came to know that car cover size is less and can’t fit for my car. immediately i place the replacement request on paytm mall site, and it was accepted and replacement date they given on 6-03-2021. i attached the all the screen shot for your reference. i waited until 7th March and nothing delivered and i checked the your site, than i came to know that ordered rejected. I have the 7 days replacement speciality in this purchase and i made the replacement request on the 2nd day of delivery. why it was rejected, please kindly share the details.
    I tried  to contact your customer care team for as per your guidelines  Level 1: You can go to Paytm Ecommerce website/mobile application, followed by the particular transaction where you are facing the issue to submit your query. You can also call us on our 24*7 helpline number: 01204606060 to help resolve your query.
    i am sorry to say this everything waste, i tried last 2 days always the voice response said sending  SMS link, i never got link, then i check with your site for this 2nd step. Please kindly resolve this matter. whether replace the wrong item which you send or take return back the item and pay my money back. and try to improve your customer care user friendly.

    After Customer care failed, i approached Nodal Officer on 8th Mar.  I am not satisfy with Nodal team either they are not giving solution nor respond. Now I am worry to  purchase from Paytm mall,
     I applied return request on the next day of delivery, after that i got the reply

    Thankyou very much for your same reply last 2 month and not understand the exact problem. These mail proof is enough for me to file the consumar case against  you. As per your procedure i escalated this mater from customer care, nodel officer and Grievance cell.  But reply received from customer care. That’s also not proper reason. Any way thankyou very much for your reply. As soon as i will send the legal notice to you. We will solve the 
    Problem at consumar court.
