I have ordered item ….On …. But on the day of delivery I received wrong item i.e. …
When I requested for the return, courier boy dint accept the item and said it’s not the same one.
Tell me one thing if it was the same product then y would I have requested for return.
So I am using this forum to complaint to please pick up the wrong item and return my money.
I called you guys hundred of times but got no response from your side.
Not expecting this kind of behavior from a leading name Paytm.
