I had ordered Drools cat food 4.2 kg on 31st July but I received Active cat food 3 kg on 2nd August. After I placed request for replacement and on 6th I received drools cat food but in 3 kg instead of 4.2 kg. I again requested for replacement for 4.2 kg drools cat food. 4 to 5 times I placed request but every time request has been cancelled after 2 to 3 days of placing request. This was happened frequently and I forced to call again and again to customer care to receive my right quantity product. But after approx a month neither received product nor refund.
