I had ordered a waterproof document storage bag from doomonline through a facebook ad. It was a prepaid transaction. The product got delivered but I am not satisfied with it. It wasn’t what I had seen in that facebook ad. Now I wish to return the product. They have not given any contact details (either phone number or email id) in the payment receipt form which I received on my email. All that’s mentioned is that – “For any order related queries please reach out to Doomonline”. There’s a customer care number (shop india – 9311755082) on the delivery package which is switched off.
