Hi my name is Sarvesh Kumar Singh I have order Sony wireless headphones and Sony ear buds (combo offer@1599 from Instagram advertisement).I knew it is 1st copy or imitation product today 7 February 2019 when I receive courier (order numbers 17411)(AWB no 70477086540)via bluedart courier,i got shocked by seeing product I received . It was not that product(mentioned above) which I have ordered and Rs. 1599 by cash to xpressbees. It is some cheap headphones (please find enclosed pics for reference).
Kindly do the needful and return my money or at least I need get products mentioned in advertisement
