below are few abstract of few emails I have written to amazon regarding wrong product delivered to me and wrong information they have on their records with regards to investigation call.
despite of all facts are provided to amazon till date I have not received any replacement confirmation or order cancellation confirmation.
looking forward for prompt and justice full action on my complaint.
I would further like to inform you below facts which help team Amazon to get product replacement at the earliest.
1) Red and blue light blinking on buds. In none of the EarPods generation from apple has this kind of indicator on buds. Charging indicator in all generation is on case box.
2) all EarPods has its product serial # either on case or inside bud. But this not the case with my EarPods
These Facts are suffice for team Amazon to initiate replacement on priority basis without any further delay.
Just to add that there is not even serial number
On case or on earbuds. Your technical team can verify this facts.
I believe I provided all required information to prove that amazon has delivered me wrong product though box is right but product inside the box is not original one.
The product you guys have delivered me is similar to Chinese product as attached herewith . As i11 name is showing on my iPhone as available Bluetooth device. All features are similar to what you guys have delivered to me.
This ignorance is highly unexpected from Team amazon
