I saw a ad on instagram and liked the product so i ordered ( the actual price shown on site was 1000. today i received the wrong product . I received a pant which is in very bad condition and quality . The company is fake they are doing fraud. Furthermore I also sent them an email but there is no response from their side.

I saw a ad on instagram and liked the product so i ordered 07/02/2024 ( the actual price shown on site was COD RS. 799 Magical high pressure washing & cleaning spray gun from Shifto company, with item Ekart invoice number #STOC9000933626 today i received the wrong product . I received a spray gun and 01 pocket powder which is in not working auto mode and what i saw an ad on Instagram it is totally defective product .The site was on Instagram where only mobile number is required now want to return and demand refund of of amount paid online.
