I order a shoe rack from ShiftoOne company that I saw on snapchat platform on 29-01-2024. I received the product which was delivered by Ekart logistics on 2-02-2024 and payment is also cash on delivery. After opening the package I came to know that this is not the shoe rack that I saw on their advertisement and I got scammed I gave 999 rupees for the product. False promotion of ShiftoOne on social media platform and carelessness of not checking the product by Ekart Logistics resulted in getting scammed. Please take action against these both companies as soon as possible. Please help me to get the refund of my money.
