I received an old and damaged product in packet received by ekart logistics consignment number NMBC1000393149
Regarding this I communicated to and ekart logistics but no assistance from their side. I have been cheated by ekart logistics because this parcel has two different address slips. Outer packing has my address but inner packing has different address not related to me.
