I have placed an order for Shapelander Sweatpants under 1+1 offer on 02nd April 2023 and I have received one parcel on 07.04.2023 under COD which I have made a payment through UPI to the Pavankumar Naik of Rs. 1198/- on the same day of delivery.
It is surprising to note that I have received a small bottle with sticker noted as Back Relief Spray. On the label the item name mentioned ShapeLander Sweat Pants – XXL /Grey, but in the next column of SKU mentioned as Back Relief Spray Qty 1 and amount of Rs. 1198/- (what I have paid). I am here with enclosing the photo
of parcel what it contains being the proof of evidence for the needful.
Hence request you to accept for return this product and arrange to send the original order what I have placed, if not possible, please refund the amount to my mobile and oblige.
