Text of Complaint by K Shailaja:

I have ordered a set of 3 front zipper wireless flower bra at INR.999 from brafitnezz.myshopify.com through an add on instagram. The order was placed on 21.01.2023. It was COD order. It reached us on 25.01.2023 through Bluedart. When i opened the parcel the product was some cheap bra with no. Zip at all the seller cheated us. And the size was also totally different.
The name of the seller not printed on parcel. Only address – Hno. neb Sarai near master mind public school , IGNOU road New Delhi, India 110068 We tried to seller support no 08067931111 immediately but after few calls,which were not received, the number was wrong.Kindly help us to refund the amount and take strict action against the seller so that ha can’t cheat anybody and also the Bluedart as how they took COD without any inspection
