I have received wrong product through xpressbees , we didnt open the parcel also but unfortunately we paid the amount through phonepay of 1400rs we asked them to return the money and take the product but they refused to take it back, I called to customer service but they said we got the package from nimbus post pvt Ltd and I contacted to them they said that they didn’t have the seller details we can’t pick up your product. This product is from Gadget Villa,their numbers is also not connecting I am requesting you to solve my problem and pls credit my money back.
