I ordered a pink gown on 18th September 2022. The amount of the gown was 1069 rupees and on 23rd September morning I received a wrong product which is saree of the same amount that is 1069 when I called on helpline number of messho they asked we are already cancelled your order on 23rd September then it is sent by supplier to you. So what is about consumer money. Kindly solve my issue nd refund my 1069 rupees
