Text of Complaint by Prenam Fashion:

I have ordered 2 sarees for my customer from meesho app when the customer received the parcel the sarees were of poor quality and also the details of supplier from where I ordered were totally different from what I actually got from meesho app. Also, not only supplier details but also the Order numbers were different. As expected that my name should appear on parcel but some different name called baby appears who has hacked my customer details and placed the order. So, my customer details got hacked from meesho app and some third person places the same order due to which my customer receives poor quality and defect products.I have reported this issue to customer care number given on meesho app and asked for help but since its been 1 month they are not yet solved it. Now they ignore my calls also and about 30 mails I have send but still the issue is not yet solved. We trust app that they would maintain security and privacy of customer details but it is not maintained.Please help me out to solve this issue….
