I have an account with ICICI ( Acc no *****5316). For the last two months, Kepro Enterprises is presenting ECS/NACH debit mandate request to them and it is getting returned with my account being charged with return charges. I have not taken any loan from them so I do not know why they are presenting these debit requests. Please cancel the mandate as I have not taken any money from them as loan. (Rs590 has been debited twice for two months now ).
Either KEPRO ENTERPRISE should cancel the mandate or the ICICI bank should. Why is a poor customer suffering and paying without having taken any loan?
