My mobile number is 7673956148, I m using this number for last couple of years and I was happy with your services so I thought I ll go with postpaid plan so last 7 months i am using and I have no problem on that but form last months onwards I got a unaccepted bill so I called customer care and the said I made ISD calls and i agreed because I made the calls so I made the payment and I requested your customer service to decrease my credit limit 7200/- to 1200/- and they said they have done this.But this month also they have sent unaccepted bill and said again I have done ISD calls and SMS,which I haven’t done and unnecessary your customer servic blamed me.
Sir one thing I ll tell you if I made all this then I have no problem to make the payment but when I haven’t done this then why unnecessary I ll make the whole payment so for last 5 days I Twitted, got calls but their is no solution for that.
So I raised this issue to the consumer forums for harassing people in this pandemic situation,fraud line activity and fake promising.

So if possible please resolve my issue asap.
