Sir,
On 28/08/2021 I visited jio store at jodhpur (Ratanada) and requested to port my airtel postpaid sim to jio postpaid and jio store also said your sim will be ported in jio postpaid connection. Today(1/09/2021) my sim is activated in jio prepaid. As he charged me 399 postpaid connection but is activated in prepaid. Now I want me money refund or adjust this amt with postpaid connection
