Mera naam abhishek mumha hai or me jodhpur rajsthan se hu my mob. No. 9649096000 hai ,Kal date 12.11.18 ko 4 pm company ka ek store jiska naam bhilwara digital hai waha baithne wali ek lady employee jiska naam priyanka ahuja hai , ne hume call kiya ( store ka naam nd employee ka naam muje jodhpur rawan ke chabutre ke pass wale airtel office se mila) fir wo employee priyanka ji ne muje ek family plan ke baare me samjaya jisme unhone clear bataya ki 499 ka ek family plan  hai jisme mera 9649096000 ye premium no. Rhega or iske sath 3 or no. Add karwa sakte hai un 3 no. Me se 2 no. Kam se kam prepaid hone chahiye , uske baad har month me ek he bill banega 4 no. Ka jo family plan me add hai so 499 + 18% tax jisme 75 gb data 3g/4g jo bhi use kare uske alawa add kiye hue no. Me 15 gb data alag se per month , 100 sms per day, calls incoming outgoing local std roming all free, ye sub offer bill 499 + 18% tax ke sath rahega or 4 no. Is plan me chalenge ab plan thik laga humne active krwa diya ab plan active hone ke baad company ye show kr rhi hai ki jo premium no. Tha jisme pahle 249 ka plan tha or ab wo plan 499 +18% tax ho gaya or jo baki ke 2 no. Add hue hai wo prepaid the or kuch din pahle he hume 84 day wala airtel packet alawa rakha tha jo 2no no. Prepaid se postpaid me transfer ho gaye or un me automatically 199 ka plan activated ho gaya jo ki hume nhi bataya gaya jab raat karib 9 baje muje ye baat pata chali to mene morning me airtel office se aaye usi no. Pr call back kiya jisne hume plan diya tha or jab call kiya to wo madem bolti hai ki sir me new employee hu 2 din pahle job lagi hai muje jankari nhi thi or galti hui hai or itna bol kr fon cut kr deti hai, but unki is galti se muje 900 rupaye ka nuksaan hua hai jo ki mera prepaid numbers pr plan tha or jo premium no. Hai uska plan deactivate ho gaya in sab ki bharpayi karne se bhi company ke staff mana kar rhe hai galat information ko agree kr rhe hai but ye bhi bol rhe hai ki kuch nhi ho sakta muje insaaf chahiye
