I have recharged with Rs.5310 and upgraded 100 mbps 6 month combo plan. But my plan was not upgraded and they have renewed with older plan 100 mbps 3 month plan. For the old plan they have deducted Rs.3800 but actually old plan was avalable for Rs. 2800.
I raised several complain to call centre but they always replied that my complain is in progress and my plan will be upgraded in 24 hours. Sometimes they told it will be upgraded in 4 hrs. But after 10 days of recharge it is still not done and they finally told me that neither they refund my money nor upgrade my plan.
I want my money back with penalty or promises services with fine.
Kindly resolve my issue.
