There is an erroneous entry in my report regarding a personal loan from Muthoot Finance, which I did not take. Despite raising a dispute with CIBIL (Dispute Reference Number: CDS13012025002236 ), my request was closed with the justification that the demographic details match the KYC details held by the bank.The entry in question shows an amount of ₹5 as remaining, which I firmly believe is inaccurate. I have a history of timely repayments, as reflected in my other accounts on the CIBIL report. This erroneous entry has unfairly impacted my creditworthiness.
