I haven’t applied or taken any loan from any Muthoot related institutions. Also, I haven’t been even to a Muthoot office in the name of any type of loan. But in my CIBIL Report it is seen that I have a joint personal loan (Acc. No: PLCOK004676) from MUTHOOTNAN.

I don’t even know the address or Contact numbers of the Muthoot office or branch where the above account is in place. I have emailed to the Muthoot customer care email so many times regarding the same. I also asked them to submit the details including the profile details of loan account, documents submitted for taking the loan, email address associated with this loan account, phone number associated with this loan account, address, copy of signature & all other details related to this account. But I haven’t got a proper reply from any of them. Some of them are saying that this account does not belongs to them.

I also reported the same through CIBIL, but every time, the dispute is rejected with the reason for rejection as “Customer’s request to modify disputed value cannot be serviced since the value/s has/have been computed / captured / assigned correctly in the system and have been reported to CICs accordingly”.

I don’t know what to do. I haven’t taken any personal loan from them. This type of Fake loan is highly impacting my CIBIL score.
