I ordered OnePlus Nord CE2 5G (Bahamas Blue, 8GB RAM, 128GB Storage) phone from Amazon on 27th September 2022. His order number is 402-4750663-4752340. I received the parcel on 7th October 2022. Than I paid 24,999 rupees and bought the parcel. On opening the plastic packing, there was a bill will the name and address of another person. Also phone OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G (Bahamas Blue, 6GB RAM, 128 GB Storage) order number 408-9717192-9994733 Rs. 19,999. Even if i loss Rs. 5000 and use the phone, what about its warranty? The phone is in the name of another person and the bill is in his name. So I filed a return request to customer care but amazon customer care is evasive saying that the phone sent is correct.
