Dear zoom car team
I robin Sharma have booked zoom car 1st time to go.on trip ..I have paid everything and all were fine ..in end of the trip I called help line no and they guide me where I need to drop car. I have recored before drive and after ride video to show there is no damage but you have deduct 4000 rs as damage free ..will you inform me where is damage and what kind of damage ..without informing and without any info how can you deduct money .. I have trusted you guys for pre payment and without showing me anything you deduct my amount ..is the way to tougher your Clint and this is the way you deal with your Clint .. why you guy cheat when I am having every video for no damage ..even I should get a call for damage or any issue ..1st time I booked zoom car and this is the way u deal .
