My name is Shreya Vaishnav. On March 10, my husband ordered a suit for me from an online website (vrutika fashion), which I received on March 21. That day I had to go somewhere, so I did not open it. 4-5 days later I saw that it was a different suit. My husband paid Rs 899 for it. On complaining about the return, there was no answer nor was there a refund.
