Order # 405-9465938-1804345 – 4th Oct – placed for Bajaj Euro fans – but received Sandwich Maker where the box had my details but inside bill was for some Ruchi sx@ana – i called and returned was scheduled on 13th – Agent ph: 9108883007 who took the sandwich maker but updated returned status as canceled –
I called 5 times till now to get resolution including the 1st call made to update about wrong package. Team Lead who spoke to me on 23rd Oct 2021 call told that there is no alternative way to help – i should just wait for their procedures to get over
