Airtel customer care sucks. I’m a regular customer of Airtel since 10 years.
My Airtel dish TV is registered on my Airtel number 9748333360.
The customer service provider asked me to recharge an amount of 272 on 14th may 2019. I recharged the amount twice. The Airtel dish TV customer service had activated 572 plan without my knowledge. I complained about the matter and one of the senior executive had refunded an amount of RS 100 on 8th june and told me that rest RS 100 will be automatically refunded on the next month which is 8th July.
The whole customer care is now harassing me and are not refunding my money.
Please check all the call details from 14th may such that the whole matter may be solved. And please teach some rules and regulations to the customer care Kolkata, they really sucks. They never cooperate. Kolkata customer care really sucks.
