This is regarding sudden over charge bill, since last one year we never consume more then 119 units, but this month suddenly after changing new meter showing 492 units consumed in 28days that too we are not opening office and one person sit in office during this lockdown we are not operating offic, we requested lineman to check this issue but they rude behavior we are not able to find any solution how to solve this issue here I am enclosing last 11 months bills paid details downloaded from website, please help me to this over burden for me.
