The Outstanding amount on Slice credit card is showing up wrongly as 69950/- though an amazon purchase reversal of an amount of Rs. 43913 has been initiated by amazon on 29th Nov, 2022. Have rasied Service requests with Slice credit card customer care multiple times but they are reluctant to take any action and keep calling from collection department to make the payment of outstanding amount. Would request arbitration here in fixing this issue
