Text of Complaint by MAHESHWAR REDDY:

on 21st July 2023, I have ordered 4 Linen shirts for Rs.1,200/- on website https://shopwell.myshopline.com/products/cotton-linen-shirt-slim-casual-pack-of-4-. that was appeared on instagram ads.
On 28th July 2023, Morning 11.04AM, I have received a message on my phone as ” Ekart Update: COTTON LINEN SHIRT SLIM CAS… with tracking ID NMBC0027351573 from NMB, will be delivered today before 9pm (call 07948220798, PIN 147).” and at 1.54PM, i have received order by Flipkart delivery agent with COD of Amount 1200 and i paid for it. When i opened the order that i have received is a used and stale shirts which are giving bad odor.
But when i try to return or replacement on same site, there was no link showing for return or replacement.
