Today, I received a parcel through your Delhivery courier service from a sender named Exyte Surface. I had placed a Cash on Delivery (COD) order through an advertisement on Instagram, where I had ordered a combo of 3 formal shirts.
However, upon opening the package, I was shocked to find a used saree instead of the items I had ordered.
I tried to contact the seller for a return or refund, but there were no valid contact details provided on the package. After searching online, I found several complaints stating that Exyte Surface is involved in similar fraudulent activities and scams.
