Sub: Wrong consignment received-replace the mobile – Req-Reg.
Ref: My transaction ID is 11606999377 and payment against UP14137466 order ID.
I have placed the order for ELITE M51 MAX, 6GB RAM, 128GB ROM, 20MP POP-UP SELFIE CAMERA NOTCH SMART PHONE MODEL No.M51Max and amount paid as per your terms for Rs.3.799/-. But I have received Trio smartphone with very low configuration having MRP. 2,099/- only. Enclosed my order details and received phone details. For your kind information, I have sent mail to your mail support@upgradeyourmobile.in but it was not in use and also called to your mobile no.9811806376 several times but no answer.
This is my humble request, kindly replace the mobile as per my order or return my amount.
