same i ordered ultra thin ice silk bandeaupack of 3-m grey which charge cash on delivery of 1099/- INR, by shiprocketand delivered by DTDC but the prouct which ordered not got , instead of that got low quality 2 legging with no return opton I tried to call customer care , he receive my call and said will raise your complaint but asking fr otp i ask what otp he said yu will receive otp of refund request tell me will refund on spot again i ask what otp its fraud he disconnected my call and then never my call connected,
