I have call to Ms.Anju from pharmeasy site regarding book for medicine 21 May 22 after 3 hours she have book my medicine & told me that medicine delivered on 25 May 22 today(after 4 days later) I have send the msg on whatsapp for confirmation for medicine status she revert me delivere on 28 may, I m very shocked after read this msg & call on mob no (9784052044) after 10 time call she not responding my call then I will call on pharmeasy customer care no she told me that given your order then I will confirm your status she will chk tha status & told me that I’d wrong order I’d no & address along wrong mention, I m very disappointed after the news very harass pharmeasy customer representative told me plz call Ms.Anju & talk to about why she was given wrong order I’d & pincode wrong mention in under address.
