I ordered a ladies lingerie of size 32E in black color of a special type as shown in their website, they delivered a normal lingerie bra of a different size (just a D – no mention of 32 or E) which does not fit me, different color, different than their website description, of much lower quality. I paid rs 2000/- for it!!! Website says you can return products. Even before delivering their products some number called to confirm order and they said you can return the product as well. I mailed the address on the website peaceandstone01@gmail.com within a day of receiving the product for return, even called and messaged the phone number from where i got a call from – +918882961601 and +919310697515 – they did not pick up, but they simply blocked me after seeing my messages on their whatsapp. Please help – i completely lost 2000 rupees. This website is fake and also i checked on Truecaller – their number has been marked spam and other consumers have also commented this is a fake e commerce website- sayin they got different products from what was ordered. Please track these frauds down and help to issue refund.
