One of the most utilized applications in our modern generation is an online shopping app where people buy products virtually by analyzing the reviews and product descriptions. However, I have encountered a situation where despite my examination of the product I still got the incorrect item that wasn’t supposed to be delivered. It is way different than what I expected; and in order to solve the problem at hand, I directed to the seller and asked her my complication regarding their service. I have found out that the orders were mixed and they accidentally packed and delivered the wrong product to my address.
