I have ordered 3 sets of bra but instead i received 2 pair of cheap see through leggings. Refund my money!

I have delivered 3 dope wear bra 1st August but I received 2 cheap leggings 8th August .. refund my money .
Apke customer care Wale bande ko baat karne ki tameez nahi hai,aapne kis badtameez ko baithaya hua hai customer ki problem ko sunne k liye,wo to khud customer ko ek aur problem me daalne wala Banda hai.
Is there no other way than filing a complaint to get refund for receiving the wrong item. Like is there a higher level of greivence forum within amazon or something?
