I ordered a Titan Smart watch on 15.04.2022 which cost me for a price of Rs. 10,995.00 (Rupees Ten Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Five only), but in lieu to the order I received a Corelle round spiral printed katori whose cost was Rs. 425.00 (Rupees Four Hundred Twenty Five only). I raised my complaint at the time of receiving the same, but my query was not entertained properly. I also sent email at their respective email Ids but as of now I have received no response from their side.
