1. Lost a few days of validity
2. Voice Validity shows a different date data validity shows a different date.
3. No proper terms and conditions during recharge
The validity was till 13-01-2021 and did a recharge today but the validity reduced by 3 days and became 10-01-2022. When spoke to customer care the executive they have no option to raise any complaint for this despute, also main thing is they do not have patience to listen to our problem and give solution.
As always returned with question unanswered.
