I order ZEBRONICS yoga 2 nackband form Amazon. They give me broken or wrong product. I raise complaint they arrange replacement but the delivery boy refuse to take my product but can’t cancel replacement request at evening he take my opt and tell me without OTP I can’t cancel your order. Then in my Amazon account show product delivered I talk to delivery boy he tell my let me check. But he can’t reply me properly. I complaint this metter on Amazon. They tell me your product on refund not replacement now . They collected my product on 31/10/2022 now they can’t refund my 998 amount or not replacement product.
Please solve my issue
