Dear Sir,
I am using the vodafone idea services for more than 11 years, recently I have received the bill vide bill no. DLI0511292673706 dated 03rd November 2022 for the billing period 03.10.22 to 02.11.22 amounted to INR 5137.24. In this invoice Vi has charged INR 2542.37 as a one time exit fee from the RedX plan, which was not communicated to me when I have picked up the plan and also when I have opted out from the plan. When I have checked with the customer care, they have told me that it was due to the exit from the plan within 6 months.
The above charges are malicious in nature because this information was not provided neither at the time of opting the plan nor at the time of exiting the plan. Also, at the time of opting out there are few benefits were included in the plan, which was withdrawn without any prior information to the customer. I have called the customer care for the revoking of the amount on 07th November 2022 at 1548 hours and requested for the waiving of the amount, however the request has been rejected by the customer care executive, after that when I have requested to speak to some senior, the same request was also rejected stating that the seniors will reach out to me within an hour.
The above incident is against the customer sentiments.
