I had recharged a wrong number for Rs 2398 today morning through an app. I had been trying to reach out to them for the last 5 hours. There is no means to access their customer care. Also there has been no responses to any of the mails dropped to their customer care ID. Is this how they are planning to make customer complaints zero in the future? My making sure no one can reach out to them?
