DEAR SIR/MADAM
ON 21-06-2021 at 09.07 PM for my kid’s online class I made a recharge for RS599 AT JIO WEBSITE INSTEAD OF ENTERING MOBILE NO 9345984896 I ENTERED WRONGLY AS 9345984869. I came to know after one hour only . I try calling the person I recharged but he is in no mood to refund then I called jio customer care they are denying to sort this issue. kindly help
